I like the room i like how the balcony was spacious if it was the summer time we could sit outside and watch the outdoor pools that looks really nice and fun i like how the kids can be in the living area separate from the room the sofa-bed wasn't raggedy the bed wasn't comfortable but the sheets and the pillows were comfortable also the bathroom was spacious with the jetta tub was really nice and comfortable

Ocean front with balcony, comfortable beds, big bathroom. Concierge, Uncle Frank was a breath of fresh air. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! He made us feel very welcome!

The hotel itself was located nicely around good restaurants and close by jolly rogers which was good for my kids. Its also nice that they have 3 pools total. 2 outdoor ones and 1 indoor , the latter being useful during rainy days. And when we got checked in, we had the corner suite which was so spacious and has a lot of storage areas. The view was outstanding as well since we had more windows to see the beach and ocean.

The suite: The full kitchen and living room, whirlpool tub, ocean view, bed was too comfortable. I slept😴 most of the first day there 😆 but well needed! I always say to me hubby when it's time for a getaway (hotel stay)... take me to the clouds (referring to the plush bed) and that I received!

beautiful property/ ocean front/ very clean/ staff were wonderful couldnt be more helpful. had a problem with my door not opening and they called maintenance. he was up and had it fixed within 5 min. when i thanked him he said its absolutely no problem. thats my job. then he checked my card to make sure it worked. it was a battery issue. i trued to give him a tip and he refused. said buy your grandson a toy on the boardwalk!! what a great man

The staff was great. They were very quick to fix our light in our room, bring towels/soap, room service was fast and delicious and even helped call an ambulance for us when our 4month old was having trouble breathing at 4am. Beach was not crowded and very easy access. We loved the jacuzzi and rain shower. Our 2 year old LOVED the active pool. We were on the lobby level and the active pool was right outside of our patio (highly recommended) was very quiet in the rooms even with all the screaming kids outside our door. It was an expensive stay for 4 nights, but we would absolutely go back

The room was amazing. We loved all the extra space, bathroom was a great size, beds were very comfortable, the deck was a very nice size. We didn't use the pool but it did look very nice. We only went to the beach for a few hours one day. (Weather was not good for beach). Staff was very friendly.

I travel every year for my birthday to Ocean City, MD. This was my wife and I's first stay at Hilton Suite Ocean City, Oceanfront Hotel. This has to be one of the best hotels I visited after COVID or better yet that is located in Ocean City. The room was clean, beautiful, and more than what I expected. The view from the balcony was so nice. The staff were so welcoming and not intrusive, but available. I added a day to my trip because of the comfort of the hotel.

My family enjoyed being able to walk out of the hotel and be right on the beach. We liked the water available by the garage to rinse off our feet. We also enjoyed the indoor pool (it’s very warm for being a pool). The outside pool is nice too, a lot colder. Loved that they have a Starbucks there! And the lady working was so nice. All of the staff was nice that we interacted with. The bathtub was a plus with the jets. LOVED the balcony!
