The staff was great. They were very quick to fix our light in our room, bring towels/soap, room service was fast and delicious and even helped call an ambulance for us when our 4month old was having trouble breathing at 4am. Beach was not crowded and very easy access. We loved the jacuzzi and rain shower. Our 2 year old LOVED the active pool. We were on the lobby level and the active pool was right outside of our patio (highly recommended) was very quiet in the rooms even with all the screaming kids outside our door. It was an expensive stay for 4 nights, but we would absolutely go back

The ocean view was superb. When I checked in, the attendant asked what floor I would preferred to be on, and gave me the choice of 6th or 8th floor. I chose the 6th floor and the views were great! Beach was right in the 'backyard' and could be easily walked to from the hotel. We also liked that the room was equipped with stove, dishwasher, and full size fridge. We brought breakfast items, and snacks for our children but we could have brought more to have some meals in our room. Room was spacious and had enough space for us (family with 3 children). Bathroom was larger with double sinks. We also enjoyed the complimentary laundry services. They also offered a lot of family friendly entertainment such as a game room, indoor heated pool, movies during the week day for kids, and other daily entertainment, which was great for our boys! Papa John's will deliver within 10 minutes of your order!

The location directly on the beach was perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor pools and kids play area entertained our kiddos for hours while we were able to also enjoy adult aspects of a vacation-a swim up bar and the hot tub all while being able to monitor the children from close view. The room was spacious and and was free of sand. That's right! I couldn't find or feel sand on the carpet or the floor of our hotel room and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The restaurant was delicious, we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The kids' pool was awesome! 2 very fun slides. They have a large jacuzzi next to the kids' pool so the adults can relax. Drink and food service as you swim in the pools. The staff is superb and friendly. They go out of their way to be sure you are happy! Exceptional service, very clean. We can't wait to go next year!

The staff was fantastic, always pleasant and smiling. Facilities were always clean. Again, from Emily the housekeeper to the hostess to the dining room and pool staff each and everyone were a delight. The in room coffee was AMAZING!! You should really use the same for the restaurant.

Had everything you needed inside the hotel. Great location. Beautiful view of ocean from balcony. Bright sunshine in the morning in the bedroom. Also love the Multiple pools, room service option, and having a big tub!

Oceanfront view. Kitchen was a full kitchen with a dishwasher and large refrigerator. Huge balcony and nearly soundproof. Suite had a door separating sitting area from beds so kids could go to sleep early without being disturbed..The loud outside music was not heard inside. Plenty of pools to include indoors when temps cooled. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.
